PARENTS AND SENIOR: READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE SUBMITTING. By clicking submit, I understand if I am chosen as a Ashley Boyd Photography Senior Rep, I will be required to use Ashley Boyd Photography & ABP Associates as my senior photographer and will contractually agree to not use any other photographers for the duration of the senior rep program. I also understand that this application will be reviewed by Ashley Boyd and is not a guaranteed acceptance into the senior rep program. In addition, I understand that, if chosen as a spokesmodel, I am required to pay the cost of the senior rep program ($500 + tax), but will include 3 group rep photoshoots along with individual photos provided to the Senior at each outing.
